ABOUT MROSURE

A focused approach to recurring industrial supply.

A focused approach to recurring industrial supply.

MroSure manages defined baskets of recurring industrial MRO and C-parts for manufacturing facilities. The current model starts deliberately small: one repeat-use category, clear product requirements, suitable industrial supply routes, and one managed commercial flow around the agreed basket.

REPEAT REQUIREMENT

THE OPERATING IDEA

Simple products can create repeated procurement work.

Simple products can create repeated procurement work.

Many recurring industrial consumables are individually straightforward products, yet purchasing them can repeatedly involve product records, sourcing, quotations, supplier coordination, purchase orders, freight, follow-up and reordering. MroSure is built around taking responsibility for a defined portion of that repeat commercial work rather than trying to become a universal industrial catalogue from day one.

REPEAT WORK — The same purchasing requirement should become easier to handle once its approved product information and commercial history already exist.

FOCUSED RESPONSIBILITY — A narrow recurring basket can be managed without asking the facility to replace every existing supplier.

COMMERCIAL COORDINATION — The value is not simply locating a product. It is organising the agreed requirement through suitable supply routes and retaining the record for subsequent purchases.

OUR ROLE

The commercial work around the agreed basket.

The commercial work around the agreed basket.

01 PRODUCT RECORD — Maintain the agreed manufacturer, part number, specification, pack requirement and permitted-alternative information.
02 SUPPLY ROUTES — Identify suitable manufacturer, distributor or specialist industrial supply channels for the agreed requirement.
03 COMMERCIAL QUOTATION — Build and present the commercial quote for the managed basket.
04 UPSTREAM ORDER COORDINATION — After customer approval, coordinate the required upstream purchasing orders.
05 FULFILMENT FOLLOW-UP — Track the transaction and follow up on supplier or fulfilment issues relating to the agreed order.
06 REORDER RECORD — Retain purchasing and expected-repeat information so recurring requirements do not need to be rebuilt from scratch each time.

CUSTOMER CONTROL

Product requirements remain the customer’s requirements.

Product requirements remain the customer’s requirements.

Managed procurement should not silently change the product requirement that the facility approved.

PRODUCT CONTROL
Required manufacturer or brand
Part number
Specification
Pack requirement
Technical restrictions
Whether alternatives are permitted

COMMERCIAL AUTHORITY
Whether a quote is accepted
Order authorization
Approved alternative decisions
Agreed replenishment rules
Changes to the basket
Expansion into additional categories

APPROVAL BEFORE CHANGE — Where an alternative product is proposed, it should meet the agreed requirement and receive the appropriate customer approval before becoming part of the managed basket.

SUPPLY MODEL

Use established industrial supply capacity where it makes sense.

Use established industrial supply capacity where it makes sense.

MroSure’s current model focuses on owning the customer relationship, product record, sourcing logic, commercial coordination and recurring purchasing history. Physical products can be supplied through appropriate manufacturers, distributors and specialist industrial suppliers.

UPSTREAM SUPPLY — Manufacturers · Distributors · Specialist industrial suppliers

MROSURE — Product record · Sourcing · Quotation · Order coordination · Tracking · Reorder information

MANUFACTURING FACILITY — One managed recurring basket

This allows the service to begin without requiring the customer to adopt a new warehouse system, vending programme or installed inventory technology.

PRINCIPLES

How we intend to operate.

How we intend to operate.

SPECIFICATION BEFORE SUBSTITUTION — An attractive price is not useful if the product is wrong for the requirement.
START NARROW — Prove the value of one recurring category before trying to broaden the relationship.
TRANSPARENCY OVER INFORMATION ARBITRAGE — The service should remain useful even when the customer understands the products and supply routes involved.
REPEATABILITY OVER ONE-OFF SEARCHING — The strongest fit is recurring purchasing activity rather than unrelated rare-part enquiries.
EXPAND WHEN THE ECONOMICS AND SERVICE JUSTIFY IT — Additional categories or more structured replenishment should follow observed usefulness rather than being imposed at the beginning.

CURRENT SCOPE

What MroSure is not trying to pretend to be.

What MroSure is not trying to pretend to be.

Clear boundaries are part of the current operating model.

NOT A GIANT INDUSTRIAL CATALOGUE — The current service begins with defined recurring baskets rather than millions of products.
NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR THE ENTIRE SUPPLIER NETWORK — Existing supplier relationships can remain in place outside the agreed basket.
NOT AN ENGINEERING OR SAFETY AUTHORITY — Technical, engineering and safety approvals remain with the appropriate customer process.
NOT DEPENDENT ON INSTALLED VMI INFRASTRUCTURE — The current starting model does not require vending machines, smart bins, RFID systems or automated inventory sensing.

OVER TIME

Earn the right to manage more.

Earn the right to manage more.

If an initial recurring basket proves useful, the relationship can become more structured over time through additional categories, better purchasing records and more deliberate replenishment processes.

ONE RECURRING BASKET ↓ MORE REPEAT HISTORY ↓ ADDITIONAL SUITABLE CATEGORIES ↓ MORE STRUCTURED SUPPLY MANAGEMENT

Expansion should follow demonstrated customer value and operational fit.
